BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Bookings confirmed with a $300 deposit, we accept Visa or Master Card.
- Wineries are subject to availability, capacity & location in relation to the itinerary as a whole.
- Once confirmation has been issued, any changes to date or itinerary will be charged a $50 administration fee.
- Balance to be paid one week before the tour date, with confirmation of final passenger numbers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If more than 7 days notice given for cancellation, a credit note will be issued, less a $50 administration fee.
- Credit notes must be used within six months to book a new tour. If the new tour is cancelled, credit is forfeited.
- If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the tour date (after tour is finalised), 50% refund will be given.
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the tour, no refund will be given.
TOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
- No alcohol or food is to be consumed in our vehicles. Bottled water is allowed.
- Any addition to passenger numbers after final itinerary is issued will incur an administration fee of $50
- No refund is provided for any reduction of numbers after final itinerary is issued, or ‘no shows’ on the day.
- Wineries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances
- A cleaning fee of $200 applies if the vehicle is soiled beyond what is reasonably expected (eg vomit requiring steam cleaning).
- Tours running over the specified time will be charged $75 extra per half hour (if the delay is the fault of tour group)
- If passengers do not follow reasonable directions from drivers and/or winery staff, or if group is unruly/drunk & disorderly, tour will be ended immediately and no refund provided.
